The purpose of this document is to ensure NVNSA maintains current and accurate contact information for every local Student Nurses’ Association (SNA) chapter in Nevada, regardless of official constituent affiliation. This will allow NVNSA to better support your chapter by:

Promoting your events
Sharing state and national opportunities
Providing timely updates on NVNSA initiatives

Each local SNA chapter is asked to complete and submit this form annually, immediately following your chapter’s board elections. Information may be completed on the PDF document version, or electronically via the form below.
