NVNSA Annual Convention—Exhibitor Registration

About the Convention

The NVNSA Annual State Convention is Nevada’s premier networking event for nursing students across the state. Each year, we welcome speakers from diverse fields of nursing to share their journeys, insights, and opportunities within the profession.

In addition, exhibitor tables provide students with valuable resources to help them succeed, grow, and explore their future careers.

Exhibitor Requirements:

$50 Registration Fee (secures your spot)
Table Giveaways: Provide small free items (stickers, pens, lanyards, etc.) to engage with students
1 Raffle Prize: Donate an item/service to NVNSA’s fundraising raffle

💡 Exhibitors may attach incentives to giveaways (e.g., require student sign-up for contact info).

Important Details

Annual Convention Date: April 18, 2026 from 8AM-2PM
Exhibitor Set-up is at 7:30AM & breakdown is between 1-2:30PM
Registration Deadline: March 21, 2026

I understand that my $50 registration fee secures my exhibitor spot and is non-refundable.

I agree to email NVNSA as soon as possible if the exhibitor/organization is no longer able to attend the event. I further understand the registration fee remains non-refundable.

I understand the Nevada Nursing Student Assocation (NVNSA) and any attendees may take photographs at the event, which may capture the exhibitors table and attendees and be uploaded on social media.

I acknowledge the Annual Convention will take place on April 18th, 2026 from 8AM to 2PM

I understand that the exhibitors are responsible for set-up and breakdown of their own tables. Set-up will be at 7:30AM and breakdown can be anytime between 1-2:30PM
